Graduation for Stage Management and Technical Theatre students
Congratulations to the class of 2014!
Today was a huge day in the life of The Lir. Today our first intake of Stage Management and Technical Theatre students graduated from Trinity College Dublin. The first class of graduates were presented with their diplomas by the Registrar of the University, Professor Shane Allwright. This is an auspicious occasion not only for the individual students but for The Lir itself. These are the first cohort of students who hold this professional qualification in Ireland, a qualification which signifies a level of training that is being recognised by theatres and festivals throughout Ireland and beyond.
