Erin Boswell is a director, actor, movement specialist, writer, and teaching artist from the United States. After completing the Meisner Studio program at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, Erin moved to Atlanta and co-founded Vernal & Sere Theatre, now recognized as one of the leading experimental theatre companies in the United States. She has collaborated on all of the company’s productions, contributing her expertise as a movement director to shape the physical dramaturgy and stylization that have become hallmarks of its work. Beyond her work as a movement specialist and acting coach, Erin created Vernal & Sere’s physical actor training program, bringing multiple movement and devising methods to artists and practitioners in the southeast.
